The semi-precast construction system has been co-developed through research based on advanced Japanese construction technologies, aiming to set a new standard for Thailand's home building industry. This system utilizes precast components—including columns, beams, and staircases—manufactured in Trendy Home’s standardized factory by Landy Home, and assembled directly on-site. This significantly reduces construction time. Additionally, the NOVA SYSTEM features flexible joints between columns and beams, which effectively withstand strong winds and vibrations, ensuring structural durability and resilience.
