Landy Home uses a well-planned electrical system layout, with clearly separated circuits across floors 1–2–3. The main circuit and sub-circuits are distributed throughout the house to ensure safety, easy maintenance, and reliable power cutoff in the event of an emergency.

Drainage System

The house is designed with an efficient drainage system to prevent wastewater from backing up into the house. Drainage points are strategically placed around the property, including a second water trap system to ensure that all wastewater is discharged properly, keeping the interior clean and odor-free—even during heavy rain or rising water levels outside.

Minimizing Impact on Lower-Level Homes

To reduce the impact on nearby and lower-elevation properties, drainage is directed outward without disturbing adjacent homes.
